We are committed to ensuring you have the right tools for your performance goals, whether you are a home athlete or a commercial gym owner.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all manuals and accessories, and clearly mark the outside of the package with your RMA number.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment for quality compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
